High risk encounter, mild symptoms, what STD could it be?

About 5 1/2 weeks ago I went to Barcelona, Spain with some friends and several bad decisions were made. Mine of which was the biggest. I went to a titty bar heavily intoxicated and ended up receiving oral sex from one of the ladies. I used a condom during oral sex but did touch her genital area with my fingers. I laid down on the bed and she removed the condom then proceeded to put lotion on my penis while laying next to me (her upper body leaning on my upper body). I then masturbated (with the hand that had touched her genital area) and ejaculated. It hurt somewhat when I ejaculated, nothing extreme, but this worried me greatly. We were both completely naked the entire time. Ever since then I have had very mild symptoms that I did not have before the encounter. They include mild discomfort in my abdomen and testicles about once every 1-2 days for several minutes. Slight itching sensation all over my body including my thighs and buttocks. Slight discomfort on my penis head, not pain but almost like an itch that will subside when I pee. Clusters of small bumps (two patches of about 30 each) under my foreskin around the middle of the shaft that from my research most resembles fordyce spots as they do not itch and are only noticeable when the skin is stretched back. They appeared around three and a half weeks after the incident and have not changed in appearance or spread. I have not had any sores and was tested twice (urine and bloodwork), one of which covered chlamydia, ghonnorea, trichominiasis, hpv, hiv, hsv 1 & 2, hep A B & C. All were results were negative and these samples were collected around 3 weeks after the incident. Shortly after these tests were taken I had what nurse practitioners and doctors thought was a staph infection/folliculitis on my upper chest. I was prescribed oral cephalexin and mupirocin ointment. Two weeks later it is almost completely gone. My anxiety has been THROUGH THE ROOF and I have been depressed since this incident because I believe that I contracted herpes. I had a doctor prescribe me acyclovir to help with my anxiety. The dose was 400 mg pills three times a day for seven days and I finished them around 5 days ago. I have an appt to get more urine and blood tests done in a couple months (it will be approximately 15 1/2 weeks after the incident). I will feel much more confident if these results all come back negative. All symptoms other than the possible fordyce and folliculitis spots will only occur every so often and will only past for a couple minutes at most. Are these symptoms from an STD or is this just my anxiety/depression throwing my body out of wack?

stress and anxiety.  You've tested negative and I'm not sure what real risk you ever even had.  Clearly not for much of which you have worried yourself crazy over.  When a doctor starts prescribing things just to get you out of their office (as you said, to ease your anxiety), you need to see the anxiety as the thing you need to treat.  I doubt you will feel confident fully with any test as you are deeply imbedded in a pattern of unnecessary worry.  I'd talk to your doctor about anxiety when you see them next.

I figured most of it was from anxiety but the possible fordyce spots and discomfort in my admomen and testicles really worried me. Another odd reaction I’ve been having is intense itching on my skin when out in the sun. I just cut grass for about an hour and a rash covered the whole bottom side of my left arm? I knew the sun had been causing me to itch these past couple weeks so I’ve been wearing long sleeves but seeing as most people say my symptoms are from anxiety I decided to wear a short sleeve and I have a clear rash all along the bottom side of my arm that is now clearing up because I’m out of the sun. I’m very active and never have had this issue before.  Could this be from the antibiotics and antiviral medicine I took or anxiety? I doubt the medicine would still be causing side effects several days after the last dose.
