Hopefully Grace or Vance will see this

I'm hoping someone can help answer this.  3 weeks ago I had brief unprotected vaginal sex with a woman who does sensual massage out of her house.  She is in her late 40s and I in my mid 40s.  She was on top and inserted and less than 2 minutes I pulled out and put a condom on.  Approx 10 days after I was concerned and got a full STD panel done which included Gonno, Syph, Chlam, Hep A,B,C, Herp 1 &2 and 4th Gen HIV early detection.   All came back negative so the Dr gave me 2G of Flagyl just in case it was Trich.  Here I am at the 3 week mark, 6 days after taking flagyl, and 3 days after taking 1.5G of Azithromyacin and still have swollen red meatus. Urologist says it could be fungal so I am putting Lotrizone cream on the head now. He also put me on Cipro 500mg twice a day in case its prostatitis.  I have a clear discharge but only enough to cover the opening and can't even get a drop of it.  The last few days I'm experiencing mild pain with urination.  I had been checking and milking over a week ago because of worries but seems like as I leave it alone its getting worse.  Does anyone have an idea if this is just psychological and manifesting this way or is it possible there is still some kind of STD?

stop milking your penis to check for discharge too! you are only further irritating it.

Std testing at the 10 day mark was only accurate for gonorrhea, chlamydia and ngu. You should consider testing for syphilis after 6 weeks and herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months if you have a regular partner to protect. If you don't have a regular partner, I wouldn't bother and would just follow up with routine yearly std testing.

Based on symptom not a STD that I can think of off hand.
