You won't have the pathogen in you - that's the germ - but you'll have the antibodies, and may continue to test positive.
Have you been retested? To know for sure that you've been cured, they will look for certain drops in your numbers on the blood work. Once you know that for sure, you can be sure you won't pass it to anyone else.
If you are having sex with someone you've had sex with prior to your treatment, you could get reinfected if that person has not yet been treated.
