How quickly can a chancre show up? And a couple other q’s

I performed oral on a girl July 7th. On the 8th we had unprotected sex. Prior to this, I have not been sexually active since December 2017.

On the 11th I started to get the makings of a cold sore on my chin, as well as what seems like a chancre on my shaft (flat painless scab maybe a centimeter wide).
On the 12th I went to the doctors, and he said it was nothing, both the my chin and my shaft. Just friction from having fun
On the 13th I developed a sore throat.
On the 14th my throat was so bad, I went to the ER. They told me on my chin was a cold sore, but my shaft was nothing, just a random scab (from what I don’t know). They prescribed me augmentin for my throat because I have a history of bacterial larangytis and with antibiotics I’ve had fast recovery.
On the 15th I went back to the ER because my throat was so bad I could swallow and needed fluids for a fever as well as pain relief. A second chancre showed up (at the time it looked more like a pimple) but this was in my pubic region, and I didn’t notice until after I got home.
On the 16th I went back to my doctor and he did a blood test to check me for Mono (still waiting for these results,) as well as swabbed the new bump on my pubic region to test for HSV. He said it didn’t look like herpes, but best to check. He also told me to STOP taking augmentin because if it was bacterial larangytis, it would be getting better by now. I’m now on Valacyclovir for the cold sore on my chin.
Today is the 17th and my throat is still awful.

The girl I had relations with had a questionable partner about a month before. She hasn’t had any symptoms, but Got tested on the 16th and is waiting for results.

I’m posting because not once has my doc mentioned Syphilis, but after looking online (I know, this was probably a bad idea) the 2 bumps on my shaft and pubic area look A LOT like syphilis chancres.

My burning (budum tssss) questions are:

1) is it possible for a syphilis chancre to show up only 3/4 days after contact?
2) can you get a chancre and not be related to syphilis or HSV?
3) if this is syphilis, is it possible the cold sore on my chin is just a bigger chancre?
4) if I took 3 days worth of augmentin (two pills per day) and then stopped, would this make a penicillin treatment less effective IF I do in fact have syphilis?
5) would the doctor be able to use the same blood test to check for syphilis even if it wasn’t brought up before, or would I have to get another?

I’m hoping a lot of this is just me thinking about it to much, but some answers would help bring peace of mind. Thanks in advance.
