How to prevent my roommate infectious diseases from giving me

I live in a dormitory with another three male students, one of them has stds. What should I do to prevent to potential risks?

Sexually transmitted diseases usually do require some kind of sexual contact and isn't just innocently passed. Perhaps if someone has oral herpes which in which case, you'd likely see the blister on their lip, you can pass that from one to another from sharing objects.  I wouldn't say it's a big risk but if you do something where your mouth would come into contact with something they had just used with their mouth, there is a 'chance'.  But that's about it.

I have to wonder if you don't have some kind anxiety issue?  Phobias and such?

hi, dont have andy sexual contact with him. STD means sexually transmitted disease.
