I am under a lot of trauma, and I need your help!

Ok, so, the other day, I was peeing, and I decided to glance down. After glancing down, something caught my eye. There were these tiny bumps, a little white-ish in color, on my penis. After doing research, I found out;

It's either Herpes (Never has sexual intercourse/contact o.O)
Ingrown hair
Acne
Something else

Please help me out! I've lost sleep tossing and turning. Picture is provided below;

I think your link is incomplete. These could be normal fordyce dots or papules.

You can't really have genital herpes if you've never had sexual contact. Ingrowns on your penis isn't realistic. Herpes lesions progress quickly to fluid filled blister type lesions. Usually in a day or two.
