I am worried about throat infection due to gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphillis or herpes

I have throat pain for the past three months now. The right tonsils is slightly enlarged and pus pockets/yellow-whitish granules are present at the right side of the throat. The pain spikes especially after I wake up from sleep. During the day sometimes I feel fatigued. Sometimes when I take long deep breaths I used to feel a slight difficulty in the center of the chest.
I had unprotected oral sex about 3 months back. This is what has been worrying me. I did some STD tests..like gonococci urine, RPR/VDRL, hcv(anti), hbs(Age), hiv 1+2 (elisa/eclia), chlamydia antibody Igm and IgG. All the results came negative. Did a normal throat swab as well. The results came back normal bacterial flora of mouth. Should I do a specific throat swab test for chlamydia gonorrhea herpes and syphillis? Are there any names for such tests? I am waiting for the appointment with a ENT specialist. During that time I wanted to know if I come do any more tests to completely get rid of my fears.

Hi, chlamydia is not known to be contracted oral so you can rule that out and very low risk for gono or syphilis. From what your describing appears as infected tonsils. If youve had this infection for 3 months you really need to see a doc and get some antibiotics. Would appear its more of a strep infection which is way more common.

I did three courses of antibiotics so far
...namely Cefuroxime  Axetil tablet, Ciprofloxaci, amoxyclavunalate, Clarithromycin, cefixime...and most doctors are saying this is LPRD...they prescribed omeprazole and no effect. Now I am taking esomeprazole while I am waiting for my ENT appointment.
STD related issues are scaring, so I thought I would better do that swabs and get it out of my head.
I just order for swabs for STDs at a lab or are there any specific test? And if I certainly negative for the abovementioned std tests, does it confirm that they are not the culprits behind my sore throat?
