I had sex with a transgender escort and I'm scared of being infected.

A week ago I had an encounter with a Brazilian transgender escort.
We french kissed and gave each other unprotected oral sex (for s short period of time). Moreover, I gave her rim job and then had protected anal sex with her.

When I wanted to kiss her she was hesitating and told me it's because she is scared of bumps on her lips and mouth. I asked her if she has something and she told me no. However, we kissed anyway.
All of this happened very fast and we didn't really talk  about it.

A couple of days later I noticed some sort of bruise in the inner side of my mouth. It looked like I had bitten the inner side of my cheek when I was sleeping. Yesterday I noticed a tiny white sores again inside of my mouth which makes me very worry.

It has been one week and I want to know if I can I get a reliable STD test result now?
In the past my clinic has told me that I need to wait at least 3 months in order to get a reliable test result (I live in Europe) after every new sex partner.
I am wondering if I should get the test now and lie to the doctor about the time line of this encounter.

I am starting a new relationship with a girl and I want to be sure that nothing is wrong and I don't want to put her at risk.
I appreciate your help.

past I was told by my doctor that after every new sexual partner I need to wait at least 3 months before getting a full HIV and STD test.

1) No don't lie. It would make the situation very confusing.
2) the 3 months time is referring to hiv. Other stds test do not require such a long time for a test to be conducted.
