I have pain in hands, elbows, and knees. Possible arthritis? Unprotected sex.

Hello everyone,

July 9th and August 9th, I had unprotected sex with the same girl. She was high-risk exposure, her ex-bf was a heroin addict. We had unprotected sex 2 times. I took many STD tests.
My latest were: HIV 1 & 2 4th Gen Duo, Hep A-C Antibody Test, Herpes 1 and 2, Chlaymdia, Gonoreah, Syphillis.

I was found negative for all of them: Note these test were taken October 6th, so 87 days from 1st exposure, and 56 days from 2nd exposure.
I know the HIV 1 & 2 is considered conclusive, what about the Hep A-C antibody test, or the herpes? Please note, I have never had any lesions on the genital area.

Some might say this is carpal tunnel syndrome, but they are wrong because I felt this pain on both of my knees one night at the same time, and it hurt very bad.

I am only a 21 year old male, and I do not know why I am feeling this pain that I have never felt before. Some days it will be consistent and hurt very bad, and other days it will be more mild. Can someone help me, please.

I will pray for you, I agree with what Dave said this probably isn't a classic std but could indeed be mono from the exposure or other exposures not related to sexual transmission

Reactive arthritis is a painful form of inflammatory arthritis (joint disease due to inflammation). It occurs in reaction to an infection by certain bacteria. Most often, these bacteria are in the genitals (Chlamydia trachomatis) or the bowel (Campylobacter, Salmonella, Shigella and Yersinia).

Some days I will not fill the pain, and other days I do. I have tested negative for all STD's. I have not tested for mono yet, do you think this could be a possibility? What other viral or bacterium should I test for?
I also have some seldom petechiae on my stomach, lower back area, and some on buttox. But not severe or any thing close to the pictures you see online; oh and some are on my arm, too. And this morning I developed a white spot in the right side of my tonsil. I have had this happened 3-4 times, then it leaves after a day; I searched it, and it indicates that a white spot on tonsil is usually indicative of an infection; I just don't know which one, and it is hard because I have tested negative for all STD's 3 times now, and we are 90+ days 1st exposure and 61 days 2nd exposure.
did you ever have any urinary infection or WBC in your urine? I'm not a doctor I just read up on so much stuff regarding stds after I experienced one.
No sir, however, my WBC was sligthly elevated when I got my CBC platelet which is indicative of a new infection; I also get an ear infection for a day sometimes then it disappears-- I thought all of my symptoms were from HIV or Hep c, but I have came to realize from the results that this is not possible. I also have been researching and I think I have mono, a bad case of mono, and I will get tested soon. Please pray for me that it is mono because mono is less severe then HIV, HEP A-C, or Hiv 1 and 2-- if my mono does go away eventually, that is.

Gonococcal Arthritis is pretty rare but worth exploring. Did you have any urethra symtoms or urinary symptoms at any point?

How do you quantify gonococcal arthritis? Because I have tested negative for syphillis, gonorreah, and chlyamdia, 3 different times.

What do I do :(, my doctor told me 1 week ago I am making this stuff up in my head. TYPICAL BULLSH**.
Joint pain as your describing you should test for lupus to rule it out. Its a form of arsritus that effect joints that are a distance from your body like hands and such.
