I was bleeding while having sex after having genital treated

It has been almost a month after i had my genital warts removed by electrocautery. And i had sex with my BF then i realized that i was bleeding. Not much just a little. And i felt hurt. Is it possible that i can have warts again and is there another outbreak? We used comdom but i know that it can prevent the infection 100%.

Hi once warts are removed they dont return if the treatment is done correctly and since your mentiong blood it would seem the were cut out deep which is a good sign.
