So receiving unprotected oral sex puts you at risk for syphilis, genital herpes type 1, gonorrhea and NGU. You are not at risk for HIV from receiving (or giving) oral sex.

Syphilis isn't that common, and your partner would have had to have a sore in their mouth to transmit it. You wouldn't see symptoms of this for 10-90 days, but the average is 21 days, and you'd get a sore called a chancre. This doesn't cause burning, pain, discharge, etc. You can test for this at 6 weeks. If you get symptoms, but test negative at 6 weeks, test again at 90 days, and get to the doctor as soon as you see symptoms.

If you don't already have herpes type 1 (think oral sores, like cold sores but not canker sores), then you could get genital herpes type 1 from receiving oral sex. This can happen even if the person performing oral doesn't have a sore, but it's more likely if they do. The time from infection to symptoms is usually 2-12 days, but the average is 4 days. You can test for this now, and then again at 4 months to make sure you don't have it. If you test positive now, it's a pre-existing infection that you had before this encounter. About half the adult population has this, and 90% don’t know it. Ask for a type specific IgG blood test.

You'd see symptoms of gonorrhea at about 2-5 days, and this would usually be a discharge, burning, etc. Some people don't get symptoms. You can test for this as early as 3 days, but 5 days is better. You can have a urine test or a swab test.

NGU is an infection in the urethra that is caused by anything other than gonorrhea (nongonococcal urethritis urethritis, sometimes called NSU, for non-specific). This can be caused by normal mouth bacteria entering the urethra, and the symptoms and testing times are the same as gonorrhea.

The exposure time is important? I mean It was maximum 15 seconds without condom. În 15 seconds i really can get a disease?
Yeah, obviously the longer the exposure, the higher the chances, but put your finger in your mouth and time it for 15 seconds. It's longer than you think.

Have you had any symptoms? If you haven't, there's probably no reason to worry. If you're concerned, just go test and put your mind at ease.
I only have tinglings when i think about them. When i think about something else they dont feel. It is pretty weird. Are tinglings sexual diseases symptoms?
The time exposure was 10-15 seconds without condom do you think i need to go to be tested? I really dont know what to do.. What do you suggest?
No, tinglings are not STD symptoms. They are usually anxiety symptoms and being hyper-aware of the area.

Is there a reason you are so afraid? Is it because she is an escort? Are you afraid of infecting a regular partner?

If you have a regular partner, then test. Put your mind at ease.
I dont have a partener. I am 16 years old. Actually it was my first time having sex. I am afraid what can i say.. And i regret it.I am afraid because she is an escort. I need to go  test? What do you think?
Ohh hon, I understand more now, so thank you for sharing that with me.

I don't think you need to go test, from a medical standpoint, but if you don't think you'll be able to relax, then it won't hurt you to test to put your mind at ease. Most doctors don't think a single act of oral sex warrants testing. I agree with that, unless you have symptoms or have a partner you're worried about infecting. None of that applies to you.

You're okay, really.
Thank you very much!
Sorry for disturbing again but i am very very scared.. I will go testing on 15 May for hiv and syphilis. I am very scared. What if it will be positive one of the tests? What i will tell to my parents if it will be positive? Help me i am just depresive. I only think about those diseases... Help!
