Iam having painless leisures / lumps / skin tags near penis base whT are they ?

Hello, Iam 31 years old male, iam sexually active and had unprotected sex in past with different partners. i have developed some lesions, skin lumps around my penis. Although they do not pain, bleed or discharge any puss however they Cause itching, I think this might be due to their location or the small pubic hair coming out after shaving. I have searched about them on internet and Iam really scared that they might be HPV or HIV symptoms. This fact is really freaking me out. I have seen an experienced doctor (a urologist / Sexologist) he was of the view that they does not look like HPV Warts and might be lesions due to friction as it also happened during sex due to excessive humping. He prescribed me VDRL test and Urine culture test. Both are negative. And prescribed me antibiotics (CYCIN and VIBRAMYCIN and CRAN MAX) which iam taking since last 15 days. On my latest visit he asked me to take this medicine for 2 weeks more. Now iam scared to death. Please help. I will attach picture is some doctors wants to look at it.

I'm not sure why you're taking antibiotics for something the doctor said you don't have, as that's against the current protocol of trying to prevent the overprescription of them but that's a different story.  If you test negative for things, again, antibiotics aren't called for.  If your doc is a urologist and can't diagnose a growth see a dermatologist, that's who does that.  Most likely it's either getting rubbed raw or it's a sweat cyst.

Thats what i was thinking why he put me on antibiotics for a month.. if he does not think they are genital warts or something serious. I would like to share the pics if someone experienced can guide me by looking over it
