If i use a condom correctly, will i still get chlamdyia and gonorrhea?

So this is something weird going on with me, as soon as i have vaginal sex with my girlfriend, 2-3 days after that or 4 days after that i get urine urgency, penis head becomes swollen and heavy, and penile discharge all the symptoms of stds, even though i use the condom correctly.
So i searched the medicine on the internet and took it. I became normal in a week. nothing happened since.
And then when i again had sex with her with a condom on, i got the same symptoms, voiding of urine very frequently and i took the same course of medicine, azithromycin 1g and cifixime 400 mg.
And i became normal in 2 days.
after 2-3 weeks i had sex with her again, this time also protected.
2 days after i again developed the symptoms. Exactly the same symptoms.
I took the medication again. But this time it did not worked.
Its been 4 days now.
experiencing the same symptoms. So i repeated the course.
Please guide me if you guys can.
Should i stop taking these medicines?
Also here are no std clinics and if there are they are really expensive with the doctor fees and lab tests.
medication alone is affordable.
And can i get chlamydia and gonorrhea with a condom ?

Any chance some / much of your symptoms are a reaction to the condom?  eg. a latex allergy or somesuch  [you might try switching to vinyl condoms]

If you're taking antibiotics, unless you take them for the full period, that can be worse than not taking them at all [as that may allow antibiotic resistant survivors to thrive when they should have been thoroughly killed off through full use of the med, which means the antibiotic may no longer work on the residual bacteria when you try it again].

Actually i had an experience with a hooker.
Protected. But i developed severe symptoms of stds and a doctor confirmed it, but i had sex with my g.f while i had those symptoms, protected. She also took the same course and me too. We both thought we are clear of that.
But now when ever i have sex with her i develop the exact same symptoms.
This cant be a co incidence. No matter after how long i have sex with her i get the same symptoms and they go away after taking the course only this time they are not going away.
And seeing a doctor here is not easy this is a ****** up country.
