UTI from condom break?

Hi,
It's been 3 weeks since I had a condom break with a masseuse. I have had burning sensation on my penis since then. The duration was brief. I tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea on 18th day. Both came negative. I did urinalysis too. It came with few traces of bacteria. Is it possible to acquire UTI during vaginal sex? If I see my physician do I have to tell my sexual exposure or just get treated for UTI.

Take care and hope all results will be negative. Though im sure it will be. But better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks. So far I can complete only Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. I will complete my completed STD panel at 10 weeks mark to cover all the possible window.

Fyi uti is niot a std. And with a broken condom you may want to get a full panel std screening just to be sure.
