Question

well June 7th I had this oral sex ecounter (first one since 2 years ago) and I also have cavity in my mouth with a exposed nerve...I does bleed if I mess with it and the pain is soooo bad.No ejaculation in my mouth but idk about precum because I had so much spit in my mouth ,most likely I spitted it out with the spit.6 days later I got very sick (fever,sore throat and chills) so I went online they said I had hiv and I was in the Ars stage .soI just lost it I was crying couldn't sleep,then I went to the er and they diagnosed me with strep throat and gave some antibotics for 10 days but I was still worried.The night I got sick I also had safe analsex no oral sex involved.So I went to go get tested June 17 10 days after the exposure for all stds.took couple days and they came out negative.so I was relief but still worrying because new symptoms were popping up and I was just ugh mentally broken/then I went to do the rapid test at the 3 week mark and it came out negative. I was still stressing and had to go to the ER because my panic attacks so they took some blood and tested to see if I had any infection and it took 2 hours..then she came in and said everything is fine and I asked her can I put that hiv fear to rest ,she said yes you can ,we would been able to detect outside the window period so I was soo happy.thennn after that I keep having tingling lips at times ,then cancker sore in my mouth ,low abdomen pain then I notice I had a red dot in my pubic area and it got a little big do I still have stds or is it the stress ?

While a risk, don't go nuts with the anxiety as oral sex is not a huge risk.  The BIG std of HIV is not a concern as you don't get that from oral sex.  No worries there. You already wrote about it over on that forum and were told it is ZERO risk.  You aren't going to get HIV so need to chill. Like for real.  I'm guessing HIV is your only main concern and hopefully you can accept you had NO risk and do NOT have HIV.  Other std's you can check for at an std clinic and should.  But you seem really anxious over HIV which is needless.

Don't trust everything that you read online. I recommend for your peace of mind get tested for ALL STDs. It seems like a case of Venerophobia to me... Don't lose Hope. Never.
