Insertive and receptive anal sex+rimjob

Hello,
First of all, I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation of the outstanding work that you do on MedHelp.
About a week ago I had sex with an unknown status bisexual person. The sex includes protected (with condom) insertive and receptive anal with using saliva as lubricant. Also, I performed rimming job on her (for a minute).
I should mention that I tried to not swallow my spit during the rimming job and throw it out (I hold my spit in my mouth for at least 5 min and after that, I immediately wash my mouth with water.)
Now I feel slight pain in my liver. Also, I have sore in my mouth. Pain in liver come suddenly during the day.

I would like to know how much at risk did I put myself in for STDs and other diseases.
Do the symptoms that I have, are reliable or it just caused by high levels of anxiety?

Your assistance and cooperation is highly appreciated.
Warmest Regards

If the condom didn't break, the anal sex you had was a no risk activity. Rimming do have a risk for STD, although it's low. I think you had more risk of getting an infection from normal bacteria of the 'digestive system' of your partner.

Yes. The risk would be higher for hep a but as far as I know it's an uncommon disease in the Western world. The risk of hep b is very low. Some experts say rimming it's not a risk for hep b.

The problem is that I didn't get the vaccine for both hep a and b. But if I understand your post correctly the chance to catch hep a and b in this situation is low. Isn't it?

You're welcome. If you live in a Western country, you (most probably) got the hepatitis A vaccine, so no problem. Regarding hep B there is some risk but maybe you got the vaccine as well. Overall, the risk is low.

Thanks for the response sir it was greatly appreciated, from my understanding of your post the odds should hopefully be in my favor that I escape this incident without getting sick and can continue my regular day-day activities without taking any extra precautions? (My main concern with reading the internet is a Hepatitis infection)

I forgot about your sypmtoms. Liver pain has nothing to do with STD's. A sore in your mouth a week after...probably nothing
