STI risk ? Oral ?

I met up with another guy from Grindr
He gave me oral (testicals only) my penis never went in his mouth. I ejaculated and then left? Now I am super paranoid that I may catch and STD or STI what are my chances ? The whole encounter lasted less than 5 mins if that matters at all.

There's a possibility you could get genital hsv1 from him if he has oral hsv1, though it's not as likely if he didn't have a cold sore or fever blister, and if you already have hsv1 orally, you can't get it again genitally. (Over half the adult population has oral hsv1, and 90% won't ever get any symptoms, so you could have it and not know.)

You could also be at risk for syphilis, if he had a syphilis sore in his mouth. Syphilis isn't that common, but it's still possible.

Overall, it's not something you need to overly worry about, but if you notice any sores, get it checked. You only need to check for sores once a day - don't go overboard with this. Anything more can cause irritation which will just freak you out more.
