Is this STI?

Hello,
I would like to clarify something regarding the pimples that suddenly came out of no where on both my inner thighs near the fold between scrotum and thighs..it doesnt hurt or itch or burn and is dry. Fairly a good number of those pimples were there. They all are healing and are scabbing leaving behind red skin..the spots they are disappearing are becoming red in color and circular demarkations unlike the surrounding skin...
Pimples -> red O , red O , red O... B
ut its not itching or paining and they are dry with no puss or anything.. Could this be herpes or any sti considering I had non penetrative frottage sex a month before this appearance!
There is nothing like that on penis shaft though and havent had penetrative sex till now, Just frottage without clothes
Help much appreciated !

Hello ,

You've mentioned that you've had a sudden outbreak of pimples , Herpes are usually red/ white painful clustered bumps on onset . This quickly changes to a lesion or open sore than scars over. If your pimples had whiteheads just as any other pimple do , then it sounds like you just had a sudden pimple outbreak . This would not be unusual this time of year .. If your in doubt please see your doctor
