Is this a STD symptom?

I’m 18 years old and I had sex and unfortunately the condom broke, I have gotten a burning sensation right under the head of my penis along with redness. I have been tested for ghonnorhea and chlamydia(both negative). I have gotten anxiety over this and I’ve been examining my penis a lot and I sometimes use a flashlight and I can’t tell if these are little tiny bumps or not right under the head (only visible if I shine my phone light on them they kind of reflect light) but so does the skin on other parts of my penis so it may just be dry skin, but what are the causes of a burning sensation(I recently went on a trip where I forgot to pack boxers and had to wear 2 different pairs for the week and have done research and seen that it could be blantitis or other non std such as fungal and I’ve also looked on the cdc site and don’t really see much for burning skin as a relation to stds (I seem to get this after using condoms but it’s lasted much longer this time) any thoughts as to what it could be?

Condom failures are unfortunate.  You, however, got tested for the common STD's that you'd see from unprotected sex.  I'd try to hold off from all the ruminating and examining of your penis. At some point, you yourself could be aggravating things.  Sexually active adults should have an annual std/hiv screening.  But the burning skin is likely unrelated to anything.  Leave it alone and you may find you stop noticing this.
