Is this an STD risk?

Hi I'm a gay male, 14 years old. I have had my penis sucked more than once by the same guy and only this guy. I don't know how many times he has sucked my penis but could someone please tell me which STDs/STIs I am at risk of? I'm currently in conversation with someone about this but I would like to get more than one answer for a personal peace of mind. Thank you to anyone who answers.

Not necessarily but with gono you would have a white discharge and burning while urinating. Chlamydia can go without symptoms as well as herpes.

If it was deepthroat, would this have any difference?

No, std can be undetected a lot of times. But I said if I did not feel or see anything, I would move on.

Is it true that I would see or feel something to tell me if I have a STD?

Hi oral sex is fairly low risk activity. Most of the risk would be for herpes.
