Is this just another molliscum spot or syphilis?

Hi everyone.

About 1 and a half years ago a small lesion appeared on my penile glans. I did not think much of it because I had just been treated for molluscum and thought it might just look slightly different on the glans. I’ve only just read that with out treatment a singular mc spot should heal within 6 months, however the lesion is still here.
My question is could this be an Unhealed chancre from possible syphilis ( I haven’t had a new sexual partner in over a year) and don’t think I’ve had other symptoms.
Or possibly some other form of infection?.
Thanks
