KIssing with wound

I have read the many helpful posts here and I know that kissing and mutual masturbation are generally zero risk events, but I have a truly unusual situation and am terrified. I bit the inside of my lip (the inside skin part, not the lip itself) badly enough that there was blood the other day and I keep biting it by accident because it is a bit inflamed. To add to that I have a wisdom tooth that gets inflamed and the gum pocket around bleeds a decent bit sometimes (they can't remove it due to it being too close to the nerve). Yesterday I met a transsexual at a bar while traveling and we went back to my room and deep kissed extensively for almost and hour. We also masturbated each other, but there was no anal sex. I know that kissing with bleeding gums is not a risk, but was worried due to my unusual situation with biting my lip and the wisdom tooth and the fact that we kissed deeply and a lot. I can't sleep or stop worrying. Was this a risk for HIV or STDs? I also posted the HIV part of the question on the HIV community because I read the two communities prefer that the questions be focused. Thank you for sharing your time to answer questions by terrified people like me who do not know as much about these issues as we should.
