Likelihood of sti after oral

What STIs can you catch after oral sex. I’m a married 35 year old man. One encounter receiving oral and concerned about STIs. Which ones could you get.

Oral sex exposes you to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes, but the risk is very low. You should test as follows:

-Gonorrhea, 3 weeks after the exposure.
-Herpes, 3 months after the exposure.
-Syphilis, 6 weeks after the exposure, and repeat the test 3 months after the exposure if in your first one you get a negative result.

All the best.

I have had an online consultation with a doctor and he said that sti from oral is highly unlikely but possible. He included chlamydia but you say you can’t get chlamydia from fellatio. Could you let me know where that information comes from. I have symptoms of chlamydia however I have had a clear sti test.
I’m unsure how to proceed with this question. Do I ask another one? Or just post comment for you to respond?
Most experts agree that Chlamydia is not known to transmit through oral sex.
