Syphilis from mutual masterbation

About 7 weeks ago I went to an Asian massage parlor that ended with a happy ending. My main concern is that she played/fingered herself prior to touching my penis. I did have a STD exam 9 days and 6 weeks after the incident. Both test came back negative. My main concern is should I go have another test for syphilis just to be sure? Or am I over reacting?

At this point you are thinking irrationally. I suggest you await the results of your final test.

I agree totally with Gent2019. It can take up to 3 months to show up on a test, but most will at 6 weeks, and you had no risk to start with, so testing wasn't necessary.

Here are some posts from our experts (when we had them) that may help -

So for what I am understanding is that if contact is made via the hands on a syphylis chancre it will nearly be impossible to transfer the bacteria my genitals(penis) via that medium?

You never had any risk of contracting an sti. Mutual masturbation carries no risk. You're results are conclusive, and testing was only necessary for your own piece of mind.

Ok thanks for the fast response. Like I mentioned, my concern was a follow up test because I ve read that syphilis may take up to 3 months for it to show up on a blood test.
You wouldn't have contracted syphilis from what you described. Syphilis is a skin to skin contracted sti and is rather rare now.
