Lumpy Throat
I just got it today. I think it may have been from eating a panini too big and I swallowed too big of a bite or i might have kissed my gf on the lips with her somewhat picked at bottom lip that had peeling marks that were dried up. Something like sores. Does that make sense? Anyway, she peeled it outta habit herself. I'm afraid of the scab like sores on her mouth when i kissed her.

Like its in the top left part of my throat. And I can't swallow. I looked it up on google and all I saw was larynx cancer/lymph nodes.
Can u get an STD/HIV if you kiss someone and they happen to semibleed. Like the afore mentioned story?
