Okay so me and my bf broke up a while ago and got back together. Within the time we were not together he had one girl give him a BJ, it was unprotected but he claims he checked her for herpes. That was the only time either of us has sexual contact with anyone else (before that we have no STDS). So its been about 3 weeks since that girl gave him a BJ and now he has random burning feeling on the tip of his penis, thats all and nothing else. What could this be?

The symptoms are not of herpes or anything really, so i dont know

well even if your bf is a board certified medical doctor, you can't tell if someone has oral herpes just by looking at them!

if your bf has symptoms, he needs to be seen and get a proper exam and testing done.

if you haven't both had full std screenings done, it's a good idea to do so since you've been apart. I'm a trust no one type of gal and you want to know now what you each have, not months from now when you have active symptoms of a std. Odds are that neither of you have ever been tested for herpes either so while it's on your mind, asking for type specific herpes igg blood testing is the best course of action.
