Massage Parlor Handjob and dry patch on penis

I receive unprotected handjobs with oil lubricant by the same female masseuse. She remains fully clothed and never touches herself. No anal/oral/vaginal contact.  Been seeing her once a month for about 5 months now.  About 2 weeks after my last handjob, I noticed a dry roundish patch formed on the penis head. Pinkie nail size, no ulceration, no exudation, just dry and sometimes little skin peeling.no pain no itch, uniform shiny dry appearance with defined borders. It has been there now for about 2 months. What is it?

Totally agree. Might be dry skin, eczema, a scratch from her pinkie nail, maybe a fungal infection starting - I don't know. If it doesn't go away in a couple of days, see your doctor.

It's not STD related because STDs are not transmitted by hands.

I want to thank you all for responding.  I had a full spectrum STI blood test done last week.  My doctor looked at my penis chancre and told me he did not think it was syphilis.  He had 30 years experience and never seen or heard of an STI transferred by a handjob. My blood work came back negative for all the common STIs including syphilis.  I was referred to a urologist because my family doc was worried it could be an early stage carcinoma.
