Hi . So recently I have had sex with an escort(1/10/21) oral sex without condom last more or less one min same like sex but with condom,  when I finished I took off the condom and ran to the bathroom to wash it off,but I have noticed on my glans small red patches unusual look and since that moment I've feel it that something goes wrong on the following day I felt small burning and that unusual colour of my glans first what comes to my mind herpes etc. I got paranoia anxiety every single day, I have noticed small burning (3 out of 10) including urethra, moreover I lost sexual drive , when I masturbate myself I can feel redness patches on my glans and itchiness and burning inside urethra for like one hour,  no problem with peeing whatsoever,  I'm afraid of getting herpes but without symptoms tomorrow I'm going to the clinic for std test plus I do extra herpes blood test , what is the possibility that I have something but asymptomatic for now  additionally I don't have any bumps etc on my glans.

The chances that you'd get an STD from protected sex is very low. There is a small chance that you could get herpes, HPV, and syphilis while using a condom, but it's very small.

Oral sex carries a low risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, syphilis, anf genital herpes type 1 (if you don't already have hsv1), but again, the risk is low. Most experts don't think one act of oral sex warrants testing.

Symptoms for STDs take at least 2 days to appear at the minimum. Symptoms that appear sooner are usually irritation or an allergic reaction, etc.

No STD affects your sex drive.
