Molluscum contagiosum, when will it go away?

Hi, I've had an oral and vaginal exposure with a sex worker of unknown hiv status and have done a combo hiv exposure which came back negative past the 90 days. However I was infected with molluscum contagiosum. Here are few of my questions. I've visit a dermatologist to get it freeze and was given a liquid purple in color to wash and some cream to apply on affected area.
1) how long does it take for it to go away?
2) am I advised to change my towel daily to avoid it spreading?
3) can I still share the same blanket with my girlfriend?
4) the dermatologist has checked my girlfriend and found none on her. Could it appear later down on in her? Could the virus have been dormain in her?
5) what I could do to boast my immune system to fight against it?
Thanks all

1) don't make assumptions. It does not mean your immune system is weak. Different people respond differently.
3) no hard and fast rule, but it is preferable better to not share even if the risk is miniscule
5) it is a long story to explain the immune system. @anxiousnomore, the immune system is a complex system but people understand how it works.
Exercise morderately, dont cause excessive stress.
I can't recommend any diet but my overall advice is eat healthly, don't neglect certain types of food. Go google it.

5. Harvard Medical School provided the opinion that I posted.  You can Google how to boost your immune system and find their article.
Here is an interesting clip, but you have to read the whole thing for context. "Whether the increased rate of disease is caused by malnutrition's effect on the immune system, however, is not certain. There are still relatively few studies of the effects of nutrition on the immune system of humans, and even fewer studies that tie the effects of nutrition directly to the development (versus the treatment) of diseases."

1) depends, few months
2) low risk of spreading through towel.
3) preferably not
4) they will usually appear. The virus does not stay dormant in the body
5) healthy lifestyle

Hi biology2017. Thanks for the reply.
1) I've had it since july'18 (5 months) and it's still around. Does it meant that I have weak immune system against it or is it purely because I may have touch and spread it?
3) that means that the blanket I'm using, she can't use? The blanket is kinda big enough to cover 2 person.
5) means lots of exercise right? Are there any specific diets or website you could direct me to?
Thanks a lot!
5. No, just a good night's sleep. Despite numerous claims from companies about some miracle immune system booster, the only known immune system booster is a good night's sleep. The immune system is so complex that no one understands how it works and it is a system, not some organ that needs a certain nutrient to be healthy. Boosting one part of the immune system sounds like a good thing, however the system may already be balanced and overdoing one part may end up causing no effect.
