My VDRL ,STD/STI are negative but still have urethral pain and discharge

I had an encounter with CSW six months back and the protection broke midway.
I didnt pay heed to it at that time and almost a month later i had colorless and odorless discharge from penis followed by slight testical pain.
This pain and burning sensation lasts for few minutes.
I got my VDRL (Chlymedia ,Gonorrhea ,Syphilis ,HIV) and Urine test done after 2 months of the encounter
and all reports came negative.

However the discharge happened again after the tests ,
i did repeat of the test and again all reports came negative.
I got Urine culture done which was also negative.
Doctors have no clue and they gave me antibiotic cyprofloxacin for 1 week ,
as the discharge is too infrequent (5 times in last 6 months),i dont know if the treatment is effective.
After atibiotic I observed slight reddishness on inner urethra wall at the tip of my penis .
I have no burning or pain sensation while urinating but the tip of my penis feels very sensitive and painful at times.

Please suggest am i still a carrier of STD/STI ?
What more tests i should go through to have peace of mind ?
