Mycoplasma Genitalium Burning Bad Breath

Hi i started developing all sorts of symptoms after a random unprotected sexual encounter
1. Burning tongue
2. Burning tip of penis
3. Pelvic pressure and kidney pain
4.lower sperm volume
5. Bad breath
I suspect mycoplasma because everything else has come up negative . This has been going on for 8 months . Now working with urologist, he said my prostate fluid shows cells that point to infection.
Does anyone experience bad breath since mycoplasma infection.

No, I don’t think that it’s related. Unless there is some chance you have the infection in your throat but I doubt you do.
I am guessing the two things are unrelated.
I’ve been dealing with a MDR strain of MGen for about 9 months now and I haven’t noticed bad breath.

Someone else told me that had burning tongue . Do you ?
They*
I do not
Have you actually tested for MG or plan to?
I have nothing has come back positive . No hiv , syphillis, gonorrhoea, chlamydia, ureaplasma, mycoplasma genitalium. No Uti.
But my body has been taken over by something.
I’m assuming it’s mycoplasma since it’s so hard to isolate in a test and it was clearly sexually transmitted
At this point I’m not sure anymore, I’ve sooken to so many people who have similar symptoms but no diagnosis.
I’ve had multiple positive tests for MG after Azithromycin, Moxifloxacin, Minocycline, doxycycline... all of them and still positive.
I’m not so sure it’s MG sand not something else for you guys? I’m not saying it’s NOT MG just not fully convinced that it is.
And what are your symptoms ?
Pus like discharge every morning upon waking up.
Watery discharge throughout the day.
Burning/frequent urination.
Pain/ itching in urethra.
A dul ache has begun in between anus and testicles.
And multiple positive MG tests after antibiotics
