Need advice.. on stds/HIVs
Hi all.
I am concern about a sexual event with CSW few hours back.
1. Yesterday near to the shaft of my penis, i got a pimples blackhead there, i went to squeeze.. did squeeze out abit of puss.. but i injured the skin on the surface. And got abrasion there.. about 3cm to 5cm away from the shaft of my penis. I am concern if will i get anything from the CSW.
2. She did blow job me for 3 to 5sec.. i quickly ask her to put the condom on to blow as i am scare that i may get stuff from her.. will this be a concern?
3. She sit on me and ride on me.. will that cause the stds or hiv enter my body with the abrasion near to to penis??. I not sure if the abrasion area touches her viginal lips or touches her fuilds
... pls help to advice..

The abrasion is not on the penis... is about 3cm to 5cm away from the penis...
I didnt really goes and disturb the abrasion..
Is that what i seat down while driving and sometimes standing i could feel the abrasion like tinggling.. that why i am like why is it like that.. i yesterday apply aloe vera cream and is better, not much uncomfortable for the whole night when sleep..
Today i didnt apply the uncomfortable feel came back.. so i went to buy antiseptic cream to apply and i feel better..

You picked at a genital lesion which has made it sore. I am sure you are now examining yourself a lot too which further irritates the skin.
Did having an open wound on your penis increase your risk of a std from a new partner? It did. That said, I wouldn't even recommend testing if it wasn't for the fact that you do have a regular partner you should be trying to protect.
Err on the side of caution and follow up with syphilis testing any time after 6 weeks post encounter and herpes testing after 12 weeks. You had protected sex so not likely you contracted other std's.

Before the encounter that was 6 hrs ago..
I had shower.. water run through that abrasion area, i have slight pain.. then 10min before the encounter i shower i wasnt having pain..
After the sexual enounter of the rubbing and the rest, i went to shower again, i had pain when water run through the area...
I now very afriad to contact HIV and stds...
Now already 2days pass the encounter, i shower when water run through the area, the pain will be there..
Now and then i got tinggling feel around the area.. plus the tip of the penis have slight tiggling... i not sure is it my anxiety that cause this or i am fine....
Pls help to advice..

Hi your brief oral is very low risk and testing would not be recommended unless you have a white penis puss discharge or sores developing about a week later or if you have a long term partner.
Naked genital rubbing contact is a risk for herpes and syphilis not HIV but if she did not have an gential sores at the time the risk is close to zero.
