Need guidance

Two years back I had trauma with suspected exposure , but God's grace it came out negative for HIV and syphilis tests.
6 months back I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. Now after 6 months I m facing dry mouth with small white sores in my mouth and one on side of my tounge. I shown to doc. She said it's dry mouth my question is
1. Is this dry mouth due to any STI if yes which one.
2. Normally dry mouth symptom ooccurs after how many days of exposure ( as mentioned above)

Totally agree that dry mouth is not a symptom of any STD. I can't tell you what is causing your dry mouth, but it isn't an STD.

I'm sorry you've been through what you've been through. :(

Thanks a lot . For guidance.
Hi community leader , can u help me with this.
No , I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke and not in any medication as well. I just took some OTC vitamin C capsules for 5 consecutive days and after that felt a lot thirsty and then this happened.
Then what will be the probable reason of this mouth sores
You need to see your doctor.  If it's not std related, no one on the std forum can answer why.
And let's put that another way, this is NOT std related so the STD volunteers are not able to help with this.  See your doctor.
Thanks for your help.

Your symptom is dry mouth, correct?  I see that you were already advised that you had no risk for HIV.  So, please do not try to correlate the dry mouth to that as it would not be the case.  Zero risk means you can rule that out.  Other std's?  Well, not on the list of things that cause dry mouth.  Here's a list of possibilities for you to look into https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/dry-mouth/symptoms-causes/syc-20356048  (copy and paste to your browser).  Do you use tobacco or drink alcohol? Do you take any medications? Look at this link and see if anything matches.  STD's and HIV are not the cause.  If you have an overgrowth of yeast, they can tell you very easily.   See your doctor.
