Hello, I recently had unprotected sex. We ended up having sex the next mourning after also. I ended up not taking a shower or anything until way later that evening. When I did, I noticed I had developed bumbs on the shaft of my penis and a couple on my scrotum. Its been a week now and they've pretty much have gone away but have like a scale on top of them. They are not scabs, do not hurt, itch, burn, have any discharge, my urine doesn't smell, doesn't hurt when I pee or anything. The first day they seemed to have a white head like a pimple on a few of them. My partner said she had recently been tested and that it came up negative. I'm really scared and can't afford a STD test do to the lack of insurance. If you have any idea of what I might be talking about please let me know.

No clue.  Some sort of irritation?  It showed up the day after you had sex?  If so, I don't think it's an STD, but I'm no doc.

How positive are you? Even if it may resemble one? It's just a really scary thing to have happen to you.

In the area of std and penis bumps the concern  would be herpes but herpes sores do not show up until at least 3 days post exposure.

Well I mean it's almost gone but like I said it was like scales and now they're almost leaving white spots where they were.

As mentioned no std shows symptoms the next day so its not related.
