No HIV? Maybe balinitis?

So last week Tuesday i had sex with a girl the next day i went to pee and it itched to pee and it also smelled terrible under my foreskin i took a shower washed up real good and it hasn’t stunk since but it does itch after ejaculation and urine i also noticed some small bumps near the tip of my penis near the urethra opening and also some small bumps on my foreskin. No smell on my penis or cold sores of any sort just small bumps on my foreskin and near urethra that’s about it. It doesn’t itch when i pee or when i ejaculate just after the skin seems irritated and itchy

You didn't say which kind of sexual intercourse you had, and if it was protected or not. Please give us more information in order to be able to help you.

I gave her oral and then i also had unprotected sex with her. My main concern is just the itch after peeing or pulling the skin back it does itch. I did go to see a doctor they said it was urethritis but that doesn’t explain the itch on my foreskin
Also would like to note no discharge is present the foreskin is a lil tight though.
Sometimes irritation can be because of the own physical action of penetrating. Unprotected oral sex exposes yo to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes, but the risk is negligible when performing oral on a woman. It's more common to get them performing oral on a man, as the tip of the penis can reach your throat. I wouldn't really worry about that. But the rest of the intercourse was also unprotected as you said, so you should go for a full STD test.

-3 weeks after the exposure, you can test for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
-6 wees after the exposure, test for syphilis, and if you get it negative, repeat it 3 months after the encounter, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-3 months after the encounter test for herpes.
-If you go gor a duo combo ag/ab HIV test, it will be accurate 28 days after the exposure, but if you go for a normal anitbodies test (finger-prick) it will be accurate 3 months after the encounter.

All the best.
I went to the doctor yesterday they gave me a gonnorhea shot and also the four pills for clymidia what bothers me the most is the itching the swelling on the foreskin went down but more itchy bumps appeared on the head of my penis. They labeled it urethritis and sent me home. I get my urology results tomorrow. They said it wasn’t hiv or herpes.
