Non-oral, Non-Anal Outercourse STI/STD Risk?

Hello,

This is embarrassing and graphic but here goes: I am a bi male and recently had “outercourse” with two different men on separate occasions. With both, we talked about STI/STDs and asserted we were both negative on all fronts. I have OCD so I had to make sure. I don’t do full-on oral or anal with anyone because of my hypochondria.

Activities involved were mutual masturbation, open mouth kissing, nipple licking, frotting, cuddling, massaging, all while naked. One of the them spit on my penis as a lubricant. The other one may have gotten some of his semen on the tip of my urethra via a tissue.

A day after the first encounter, I noticed that I had one little white bump on my anus that doesn’t hurt but is there. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now. I’m not sure what it is but it scares me. I’ve only had protected anal sex twice both ways and that was 8+ years ago. I’ve had pimples, ingrown hairs around that area and a cyst in that same spot but it’s been a decade or so since any of that last happened.

Did I have any meaningful risk of anything? Should I be tested for STIs/STDs? If so, which ones? How long do I wait until doing so? Should I see my primary care physician about this mysterious bump?

Thanks.
