Not going Away

12/07 I HAD SEX WITH THIS CHICK I JUST MET.. she gave me oral and we had protected sex. The next day or the day after i noticed  a blister type thing on the rim of my penis. It looks as if its bleeding on the inside, and the tip is kind of silverish looking. Its been almost two months and this thing is still there. That was the only thing ive noticed on my penis until about a week and a half ago about an inch to the left of this thing also on the rim of my penis. its like a small pimple. its just red no silverish tip. its alot more noticible when i have an erection. i looked up pics of stds and herpes and none of them look like what i have,. no symptoms like painful urination, discharge or anything like that. i read herpes outbreaks only last a 3-4 weeks its been almost 8 since that night. does what i have sound like an std. and other than going to see a doctor what should i do? rub cream on it? dont masterbate? someone please help me

It does not sound like a STD due to the time it came on and how long it has lasted. Only advice is to see a Dr.
