ORAL SEX with turkey girl STD Risk

Hello, here is my situation , Im 33 year healtly Indian man working in Dubai, on 12th August 2017 i had too much drinks and went to hotel, there i called female sex worker, she told me she from turkey...as i rembered she only gave me oral sex i.e she licked my penis from about 5 min.. unpotrected....no other kind of sex i did as i too much drunked... after this incident i went India and took HIV, Syphlis, Hep B, Hep C test after  75 days( 10 week ) post exposure...all came back negetive,, now only risk of Herpes due to HSV 1, Gonnoria, NGU,, i didnt had any symtoms , no blister, no sores, no discharge from Penis,, no irriataion nothing,, even she didnt had any oral sore suring oral sex,, as she used lipstick, ans she was smoking cigrate every 15 min,,as of now 4 months finished, i dont have any sysmtoms,As per my understanding by watching othere thread i think Gonnoria, NGU, Herpes all will get symtoms within 3 mounts... Can i aasume im free from all STD , as i didnt devloped any sysmtoms till 4 months,, do i need any more testing plz advice, is it possible to get NGU, Gonnoria and herpes without Symtoms?

Hi with no symptoms after 4 months you can assume you didnt get any of the 3 mentioned but do test for them if you have a long term partner for their protection.
