Odds of std with protected sex one time at asian massage place ? Worried help!

Had protected oral and brief protected vaginal with Asian massage girl -maybe two minutes
Briefly inserted with same condom.she put condom on with her mouth.within two days have left Testicle pain
And discomfort  at penis tip - not really burning but just discomfort. 1 week later same symptoms .no discharge or lesions
Made sure we had limited genital contact during brief intercourse with no bumping or grinding .a couple  of years ago had prostatitis or epididimytis which antibiotics did nothing for and eventually went away. Maybe this is cpps ? Have anxiety and am obsessed with what’s going on.should I get tested?I am
Married and take mynocycline for my skin and don’t know if this will skew the test.any thoughts will help.

Hi since the penis head was covered no std could get in to cause an infection so it would appear its an injury from the act itself. but since your married you should test for herpes and syphilis for your partners protection as your genital area may have made rubbing contact with her genital area.
test for herpes at 3 months and syphilis at 6 weeks.
