Oral STDs

If an STD is contracted by mouth (orally), can it be passed on genitally?

Are there some that work this way and others that do not?

Yes, I meant oral to genital.  If it traveled, then oral std's wouldn't be so rare.

Has to be oral to gential contact. The infection is localized at the spot and does not travel through the bosy like that.

Do you mean to say that to pass an oral infection to genitals there must be oral-to-genital contact?

I am wondering if an oral infection of any kind could somehow be transmitted by only genital-to-genital contact ?

Yes it can if there is oral sex while infection is present but once again it doesn't happen often.
