handjob and nipple risk

Dear Doctor Handsfield,
Good day. Your innumerable responses to questions like mine have done much to allay anxiety yet as I am in an anxious state I post this question.
Two and one half weeks ago I visited a massage place. The woman began massaging my back and insisted on putting oil on her hands for the body massage. I told her several times I did not require oil. With that she wiped her hand off on a towel and continued to massage my back and after some minutes continued with a dry massage on my front body (e.g. legs, head chest).
I am concerned about this towel she used. Was it soiled from previous customers etc.
It naturally proceeded to an unprotected handjob for which she used oil. During this portion of the session I sucked both her nipples for several minutes. Her nipples appeared flawless, pink and pristine.
At no time did I touch her genitals. She remained clothed. After ejaculating I opted to clean myself up with a fresh sheet of dry paper towels.
Several days later up until now I have been feeling strange in my penis and groin. There has been no discharge and no pain in urinating and the urine seems normally coloured. I do however feel the need to urinate more frequently. As I'm middle aged, frequent urination is nothing new to me yet it seems I urinate more.
I have an unnatural awareness now of my penis, I agonize over every twitch and heightened awareness of it which does not feel normal.
Before the massage the woman told me that she uses only clean towels before every session. When I arrived (she was the sole worker there) I saw nobody leaving so I can assume some time elapsed between customers. The paper upon which I lay appeared spotless and new.
After the massage she left the room to wash her hands. I suppose this is her habit, which further reassures me somewhat.
My concern, and given your reassuring replies to innumerable posts such as mine I apologize for the repitituous nature of my queries, is that somehow I could have acquired some form of STD from this encounter.
In the mornings I have a slight tingling "awareness" of my glans as I self flex my morning erection. I have been obsessively examing my urethra opening. It has always been redder than the rest of the glans but it seems a bit redder on one portion of the opening than the other but with all my obsessive gawking and touching it might have become irritated.
Again, from what I've read here, this was a "no risk" situation but my fears mount daily.
Thank you for your time and consideraton and any insight you can impart.
Respectfully,
H

Dear L',
Again thanks. Of course my mind is fixating on this towel she used when I said I didn't want oil. She used it to wipe the applied oil from her hands. Then she proceeded to massage my back and shoulders and legs and my chest and legs etc. before proceeding to the handjob.
I didn't see what sort of towel. She did make it a point to tell me she discards and/or washes every towel after every use, showing me her washing machine as well.
After the handjob she beat it out of the room to wash her hands in the sink. Somewhat reassuring.
All this madness in my head over a handjob and nipple kisses!
I know Dr. Handsfield has said many times one should not agonize over these circuitous worries regarding touched objects etc. And, I don't know who was there or not there before me.....I'm in the usual miasma of obsessive self inspection and obsessive worry. Any thoughts? Thanks again.
