How accurate are tests for oral gonorrhea?

Swabs are the most accurate but only when showing a positive and you can only test for it oral with a swab but is it comes back negative with a swab it would not be considered conclusive as could miss the infecton swabbing. The only other way to confirm oral is from symptoms.
With it in the penis a urine test is used which is very accurate if a negative comes up.

How effective are treatments for oral gonorrhoea?
Are they as effective as they are for urethral ?
Can I be sure that I don't have the infection after the treatment?
Does treatment efficacy poor if I've had the infection for more than a year?

Firstly you would not have it for more than a year as the bodies natural immune system would have cleared it in a few month. treatments are very effitive as ones the germs invade the tissues they become treatable via blood antibiotics. How did you test positive for this and did you have symptoms/

I have not tested positive. I was kissing a CSW in the outer mouth area as she closed her lips down for some reason. Since there is no test that can absolutely tell me if I have it, I wanted to take treatment anyway.

One reason I thought my body would have not cleared the infection in this 1 and half years is because I smoke between 10-20 cogerettes a day.
