Oral sex for about 3 to 4 minutes

Hey I'm here once again to see if someone would like to give me some answer please  about three months ago I had this encounter with a transgender male where we performed oral sex on me for about 3 or 4 minutes since this days I haven't had no symptoms or anything like that but strip throat for like a week and half and on my penis I have pearly penile papules which I tried this home made remedy method that said to put toothpaste on them and it will cure them well my skin got irritated kind of bad and I been touching my oenis since that night too expecting to see discharge or anything come out my oenis but it never does I could believe I don't have anything but I'm still super scared till this days and couple of days ago about 5 days a skittle super tiny bump kind of pimple appeared on the right side bottom of the head of my penis but the only way I can see is if I stretch my skin and also it doesn't hurt at all or is red is just kind of skin color looking but it's stressing me out so much and I don't know what to do and I have been having sex with my actual partner two weeks after the encounter but she doesn't have any symptoms or it hurts when we pee or burn anything of that but the but kind if disappeared because is still super tiny and I'm scared and I would like to know if I could've caught any stds it's only one tiny bump and I still have my pearly penile papules on my penis the bump is located right side of my head closed to the bottom part of the ring of my penis please someone help me and I also been so scared and anxiety had me making my own symptoms and stuff

I also touch my penis every 5 minutes or less so could that be why is irritated or that tiny bump appeared ?
