Testing negative for STDs and STIs but i am still having symptoms.

In August I have unprotected sex with a new woman and tested positive a week later for gonorrhea. After being treated with azithromycin, I had sex with my gf who was also treated but it was only four days after treatment. I began having symptoms again, such as inflammation of the urethra and discharge from my penis. We both were treated again thinking we reinfected ourselves but test results came back negative for gonnorhea, chlamydia, and trich. I once again had symptoms the symptoms urethritis and was treated with with a 10 day prescription of domoxicylin. Now 3 months later I test negative for all STDs and STIs I have no more symptoms except when ejaculate I wake up the following mornings and the tip of my penis is sort of glued shut with dried discharge but I have no leakage if I don’t ejaculate. There is mild inflammation like a little itch in the urethra during the day after ejaculation but if there is no ejaculation there are no symptoms. I really want to know what this is because doctors are telling me i don’t have an std and don’t know what to do. Also my gf is now a few weeks pregnant. Can anyone help?
