Outside Burning penis

Hello,

Ive had unprotected sex last Thursday and now my penis is HOT very warm if i hold it its very very warm i feel the heat coming off it, the head of the penis burns shallow but its an unconfterbale feeling it wasnt like this before, doesnt burn when i pee doesnt burn inside this is all outside skin, penis is very very hot the (entire penis) penis looks normal no rash nothing. Allergic reaction ?? some kind of disease ?, ill get tested in a week or so cause going to doc right now with out any physical signs all they will say its an Allergic reaction wait some time. So i ask here maybe some one all ready knows what this is ???

ohh and then there is Doxycycline Monohydrate - 100mg Capsules which is only $ 30 for 20 capsules

why Tablets cost SOO MUCH ?

So the question is how do they test for Chlamydia ?
Will urine show it or the blood test ?
because my outside skin burns

there is Doxycycline Hyclate $13 for 20tbs
and  Doxycycline Monohydrate  $230 for 50tbs

whats the difference ?

ok so when i wrote this 1st topic i put some "1 a Day" Yeast Veginal Cream cause i thought i t was some Allergic reaction ive had that before, and it was burning all day and by the end of the day i saw RED SPOTS which now i dont see but still burns after shower too, (It burned before puting that cream on but not all day long kinda came and went from day to day with in this week few days actually)
So i dont have Discharge, its not red, no urge to pee constantly doesnt burn when i pee, just mallow burning sensation on the head hard to tell maybe around the pee hole basically on the top portion. Appointment got moved for tomorrow at 3  
Doxycycline needs prescription drugstore.com wont sell until my Doc calls in, + there are different types one cost $13 for 20tablets the other $200 hopefully the 13 dollar one will fix it.

chlamydia may or may not cuase discharge, its not deadly but it has a nag for being persistant, u  need an antibiotic, preferably not cipro, try doxyciclyne 100mg twice a day for 10 days and move on

I dont have Discharges but it burns on the head ill make an appointment tomorrow see what Doc tells me
