Pain in Penis after 5 weeks of exposure

It has been six weeks that I have had taken and given unprotected oral sex with a CSW i did have protected vaginal sex. Three days later I have started to get  burning sensation in my penis followed by constant urination.I had taken a  course of doxycycline and levofloxacin for a period of seven days. post that I have completed urine and blood test which has returned negative. I have also been checked for Gonorohhea, Chlamydia. Urea plasma, VDRL Syphillis, candidasis, trichomonas, trepnoma- All have been tested negative but my pain in the urethra persist. Both the urologist and the dermetalogist dont believe I have Herpes. I seem to have a few ok days when the pain does not flare up but then a really bad. I also have noticed that my urine in the morning is dark yellow in colour and smells foul. I was taking baking soda dissolved water but stopped drinking that this week

The current situation is making me feel extremely anxious. I need some urgent advise

-  Can HSV 2  last for 6 weeks and only symptom be the pain in the urethra
-  Can I be suffering from prostatis ( I am 37 year old and have no other symptoms apart from the pain)
- Can this caused by anything like a strain on penis through excessive mastrubation
- I had taken Arginnine in the past (not anymore) - Will this increase my chances of HSV

Hi, you cannot get herpes inside your penis from the first time exposure as would be on your external area not internal as first time outbreaks occur at point of contact and the inside of your penis could not make contact with her outside genital area. maybe an injury from the act itself.
