Pain in left testicule and vas deferens

Hi,

Sorry to bother with my medical condition. It all started on a beautiful March evening as I got seduced by a beautiful women and we had sex. There was no protection as we both previously got tested for all STD (except herpes for her). She had sharp pubic hair on her private parts (maybe 4 days old's shaving) and she rubbed herself against me and I felt it irritating my penis. Everything went fine for a couple of days (I honestly don't remember if it could have been 2 days to 5 days after. I began having unpleasant itching on my skin where I got irritated and began urinating large amount for 2 days.

Another one week later I went to the emergency see a doctor because I could feel the unpleasant feeling traveling to my urethra and also my vas deferens and then my left testicle. From visual inspection nothing wrong but the doctor suspected gonorrhea and gave me two different antibiotics - one intramuscular and other oral. The urine test came back clear.

The antibiotics didn't make any difference. Two days later no changes in strength of symptoms. The pain feels like pressure to testicle and also itchy sensation on skin. Sometimes the vas deferens feels slightly burning.

It has been one month and I still have pain in my left testicle and vas deferens. I never had pain there before and didn't even know what vas deferens was.

About my girlfriend's side of the story. She said she have had UTI after sex like 20 years ago and it got cleared by antibiotics. She had UTI another time couple of years later. She said she always keeps her hands clean to prevent UTI when having sex (which makes me doubt if she only had UTI twice or more in her life?). Last time I heard a girl said she had to clean herself to prevent UTI after sex she had genital herpes. So I asked her to get tested for herpes and we got the results and it is not any type of herpes, she has zero antibodies for both kind. Myself I have HSV-1 recurring on the mouth but I don't think it is related (or could it? The itching sensation would match. But we didn't have oral sex). So I am reassured it is not HSV-2 but I am still frustrated and worried that I myself will transmit it to somebody else (since apparently she is symptom free since years but still transmitted it to me) or that it could lead to infertility, or that that unpleasant sensation could stay forever. And also that the doctor seems not able to find what it is (is it a new STD that is not dangerous so not researched?)

My question is : Can you list all possible causes of these symptoms, even if it is one chance over a million.
