Penile Discharge (normal or STD?)

I recently had a little scare after having slight painful urination, penile discomfort right after urination and what I thought to be some discharge.  All coming about 10 days after unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex.  After talking to my doctor and reading some of Dr. Edward W Hook's replies to questions (and stopped searching google) I have mellowed out.  UTI came back negative and will know about Chlamydia/GC results today.  Never have I examined my penis in such detail or payed close attention as when I was uncertain about an STD.  With that said, here's my question(s):

1.) How much penile discharge is normal?
2.) Will normal discharge leave a "watermark" in underwear?
3.) Is discharge associated with a sensation in the penis (is it normal to feel the discharge, even if the volume is small)?

Thanks for your time!

Yeah, I might be getting a little mixed up.  I think what I call discharge is actually a drop or two of urine that gets pushed out some time after urination.  usually when I sit down or bend over.  Guess that's what I'm calling normal.  Guess anything outside of that would be a concern.

1) Don't think discharge on a regular basis is normal
2) See #1
3) At the start of it from a STD no, but when it becomes more...yes.
