Penis Irritation

I received unprotected oral sex approximately 5 months ago and following the incident my penis a few days later felt like it was burning and it was also red. I went to a dermatologist who diagnosed it as a penile yeast infection and I was treated with diflucan.  It came back shortly after and I was worried after googling that this was a symptom of HIV (stupidly enough the worst thing to do!), so I went to my primary care doctor. At 53 days following the incident, I tested negative for HIV, Syphillis, Herpes IGM and IGG, Gonorrhea and Chlymadia with both a urine and a blood test.  I then returned to a health clinic at approximately 16 weeks after exposure and tested negative for HIV, Syphillis, Gonorrhea, and Chlymadia once again.  The redness seems to come back once in a while, and currently there is a reddish/pink ring around the tip of my penis.  Could this still be an STD after all of these negative tests??  Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Awesome thanks.  I posted in the herpes forum the same question basically.  I'm also quite skeptical that it could be herpes because in theory if my only risk was oral sex and I also kissed the girl I feel like I would have acquired cold sores/herpes on my mouth as well. (though i could be completely wrong)

Will do.  So just to clarify, the other STDs are conclusively ruled out?

I'm sorry I thought at 16 weeks you did herpes again. I guess it could be but post in the herpes forum for more info on herpes.

So then technically it could still be herpes even if I did both the IGM, IGG, and culture since it was before 3 months?

Vance, thank you very much for your quick response.  Does that include for herpes as well?  There's so much conflicting information on the web it's hard to get an answer! For example I read on here about the iGM being useless for herpes and you have to wait 3 months for the test?

No this is not a STD, you tested well beyond the conculsive time frame. Not sure what it is but not a STD.

I'd also like to add that the doctor saw it (dermatologist and primary care) and they both said it did not look like herpes but I'm still a bit worried as I've read you have to wait 3 months for a herpes test.. but I did both the IGM and IGG and the doctor never asked me to come back.  I also forgot to add that at 53 days there seemed to be little red bumps (which they said was consistent with yeast) and they did a culture/swab for HSV and HZV and it came back negative as well.
