18/07/2020 - STD profile test : VDRL-NON REACTIVE / TPHA- NEGATIVE
is this the conclusive result?

Yes, a syphilis test is conclusive at 6 weeks.

I remember all of your previous posts.  You had no symptoms.  Trust your test result as negative and put this to rest.
